Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Multilingual Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will also analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. - Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information in a friendly and approachable tone. - Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and productive. - Support customers in English and Spanish, providing multilingual assistance as needed. - Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide informed customer support. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service processes.

Requirements

- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - Strong customer service skills and experience in providing support to customers via phone or email. - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls. - Strong analytical skills to analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions. - Ability to type quickly and accurately. - Experience with data entry and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer data. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
