Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support our business operations through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for assembling examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to inform business decisions and drive results. This is a part-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $25/hour and 8 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to support business decisions and operations for sign-up and business product spaces.
• Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve client experience and increase conversions.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, etc.) to understand user behavior and drive business impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related).
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects, from ambiguous requirements to actionable insights and business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a scientific field.
• Proven data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channel, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Counseling background, MBA, or multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A sense of humor and unique interests that bring a creative perspective to your work.
