Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Benefits Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Outbound Communications: Perform outbound calls to providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding medical benefits
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medical services and procedures
• Patient Information Verification: Verify patient information and insurance details
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidential patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Follow-up Communications: Assist with follow-up communications and reminders

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet with modem access, and ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical benefit investigation and strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage
