Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient cases and create benefit investigations within our system
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to determine if patients have coverage for pharmaceuticals
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Work independently in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of insurance verification experience (no exceptions)
• Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home
• Ability to hardwire to internet router
• Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions
• Availability for shifts between Monday - Friday 7a - 8p CST
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah to be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
