Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst and Content Moderator, you will work closely with our Innovation Planning and Analysis team to design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Additionally, you will work with our content moderation team to ensure that our platforms and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Work with content moderation team to ensure that our platforms and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience with content moderation and quality assurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
