Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and optimize content development. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale data sets, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform content acquisition and release strategies. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Applying advanced data analysis techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale data sets to drive business decisions
• Analyzing client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities
• Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions and optimize content release strategies
• Streamlining our content release and episode discharge methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
• Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating complex data insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in the entertainment industry, with a focus on data analysis and content development
