We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at Disney Music Group (DMG). As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business insights and decision-making across various business units within DMG. This is a part-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour.

About the Job

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at DMG, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Drive business insights and decision-making across various business units within DMG, using data analysis and visualization techniques * Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality control * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to drive business outcomes and inform product development * Analyze large-scale datasets, using tools such as PySpark, SQL, and data mining techniques * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders * Identify and prioritize business opportunities, using data-driven insights and recommendations * Develop and maintain data pipelines, using tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases * Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures and infrastructure * Develop and maintain data quality control processes, using tools such as data validation, data cleansing, and data profiling * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and needs * Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in data visualization, data mining, and statistical analysis * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Experience working with large-scale datasets, using tools such as PySpark, SQL, and data mining techniques * Experience developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing * Experience working with data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes * Strong understanding of data quality control processes, including data validation, data cleansing, and data profiling * Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong understanding of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Experience working with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis techniques * Experience working with geospatial data and analysis techniques * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience working with data governance frameworks, such as GDPR or HIPAA * Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio or QlikView * Experience working with programming languages, such as Java, C++, or C#
