Who are we looking for

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented IT professionals with technology, design, and business backgrounds, as well as a great propensity for creative problem-solving. Joining our local Scrum teams, the successful candidate will work closely with domestic and international development teams.

Requirements

As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation, support, and improvement of SAP HCM modules. You will work closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective, user-friendly HR solutions and ensure smooth system operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support configuration and enhancements of SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, PY, PT).
  • Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • Work on incidents, service requests, and minor change requests.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Support end users and key users with documentation and training.
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements in HR and IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience working with SAP HCM.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in at least one SAP HCM module (PA, OM, PY, or PT).
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Willingness to grow into broader responsibilities over time.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
