Traveling Registered Nurse- Remote Care Management Programs

Are you a Registered Nurse who loves travel, collaboration, and helping healthcare teams succeed? We’re seeking an experienced Traveling RN to serve as an ambassador for our Remote Care Management Programs.

We are seeking a motivated, growth-oriented Traveling Nurse to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel to clinics across the country to train clinical staff, support program adoption, and build strong engagement with healthcare teams. Your work will help providers deliver better continuity of care for patients with chronic conditions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills who thrives in dynamic environments. You will represent Medsien at partner practices and must bring professionalism, responsibility, and a high ethical standard to every interaction.

• Collaborate with practice staff to implement Medsien programs and workflows
• Provide direct support to patients and providers to ensure smooth processes
• Build trusted relationships with care teams and serve as a Medsien representative onsite
• Apply critical thinking to problem-solve and adapt to diverse practice settings
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions and progress
• Travel frequently to customer locations as needed (company-paid)

• Registered Nurse (RN) license, active and in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (care coordination or outpatient preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High ethical standards and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with frequent travel and new environments
