- You will develop facility requirement documents and engineering studies in support of Military Construction project development and programming.
- You will recommends immediate solutions to controversial situations including those which are due to misunderstanding of project scope and objectives, or project cost overruns.
- You will be responsible for adjusting resources and expenditures to meet project deadlines.
- You will conduct/coordinate on-site Engineering Evaluations of existing assets (Class II) to determine current facility use, using organization, size and dimensions, siting adequacy and physical condition of buildings and structures.
- You will ascertain technical environmental reports and coordinate field investigations.
- You will be responsible for the development of comprehensive plans for future development and all proposed construction.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
