GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We’re

looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Operations Co-op to join our Marketing Operations team. This is

a great opportunity

to gain hands-on experience working with a modern marketing technology stack and supporting critical systems, campaigns, and process improvement initiatives that power our Marketing team.

You’ll

work regularly in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and other tools in our marketing tech stack.

You’ll

assist

in campaign execution, support data governance initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including

Revenue

Operations

, Marketing

, and Enablement to help streamline marketing operations and drive campaign effectiveness.

HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT?

Systems & Campaign Support

  • Assist

    in

    maintaining

    and improving tools across our Marketing Tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and more).

  • Contribute to campaign setup, execution, and reporting.

  • Help perform usage audits to ensure adoption and ROI of marketing systems.

  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide operational support for marketing programs.

Data Management

  • Execute data cleanup and enrichment projects using enrichment and cleansing tools.

  • Help define and

    maintain

    data quality and governance practices across marketing databases.

  • Assist

    with data uploads, list segmentation, and lead management processes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support the build-out of ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Excel to help Marketing and BDR teams make data-driven decisions.

  • Assist

    in campaign attribution analysis and lead funnel reporting.

Automation & Testing

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for

    new marketing

    automation workflows, integrations, or system enhancements.

  • Document and test campaign automation rules, lead scoring models, and nurture programs.

Skills

  • Marketing Automation:

    Familiarity with tools like Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, or Marketo is helpful; experience with Pardot is a plus.

  • Salesforce CRM:

    Basic familiarity with CRMs; Salesforce knowledge is an asset.

  • Excel:

    Comfortable with basic formulas; willing to learn pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.

  • Reporting Tools:

    Experience building simple reports or dashboards is a bonus.

  • AI Tools:

    Familiarity or interest in applying AI tools (

    ChatGBT

    , CoPilot,

    etc

    )

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Interest in Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or Data Analysis

  • Previous co-op, internship, or project experience related to business systems, data, or operations is a plus

The expected weekly salary range for a student hire in this role is listed below. The base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and school specific salary surveys.

Weekly Salary Range

$790

$1,020 CAD
