Remote IT Service Engineer at Wayfair - $25/Hr

About the Role:

• Build strong relationships with our Warehouse Operations team to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including Windows server, network, and warehouse equipment problems
• Manage tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our end-users
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to enhance business efficiency
• Maintain policies, procedures, and processes to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP issues
• 2+ years of experience with network devices, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking
• Experience with software imaging using SCCM and technical documentation
• Strong client service and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate effectively
• A+, Network+, or other IT industry standard certifications are a plus
• Scripting skills, specifically with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP, are an asset
