Remote Customer Service Representative - NetCredit

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at NetCredit, a leading consumer lending brand under Enova International. As a remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Important Notes:

  • We are only able to consider candidates who are eligible to work in the United States and do not require visa sponsorship.
  • This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in our NetCredit brand. Post-training, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed education on our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Offer quality support with payment processing, payment plans, and account-related tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and management, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone and computer systems.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience in deescalating complex customer interactions, with a drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
