In this role, you'll be a key member of the team, ensuring patients receive their specialty medications promptly and with a focus on quality care. What You'll Do:
As a CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy Specialist, you will:
- Accurately enter prescription information into our systems.
- Communicate with patients to schedule deliveries or pickup dates.
- Collaborate with prescribers to clarify medication details.
- Fill prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Resolve insurance issues and assist with prior authorizations.
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Professional.
- Valid, active California Pharmacy Technician Permit.
