Job Summary

This part-time, on-call position offers the opportunity to work remotely and in-person, with a flexible schedule that includes a combination of day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. As a Co-Host, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, homeowners, and contractors via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Managing and resolving guest inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests
  • Performing small maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or air filters, and reporting any issues to management
  • Collaborating with peers and management to drive process improvements and prevent repeat issues
  • Arranging to fulfill guest requests before or during their stay

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have attention to detail and be able to lift 100lbs when necessary
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to use a smartphone and/or other device with GPS tracking while working
  • Be an active listener who can think critically under pressure
  • Have experience in home maintenance or property ownership (an asset)
  • Be comfortable working in multiple locations and have a valid US Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Reside in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area and have flexible availability
