Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Responsible AI Research Manager. In this role, you will:

• Lead and build a high-performing team of machine learning and research engineers to develop responsible AI technologies
• Advocate for scientific and engineering excellence, contributing to the architecture and high-level structure of our AI-driven platform and features
• Collaborate with product and partner teams to drive requirement definition, technical quality, and execution
• Build and grow inclusive, diverse teams that thrive in a dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams that have delivered sophisticated machine-learning systems and human-centered AI products
• A strong research or product deployment record in areas related to responsible AI, with publications in top ML and HCI venues
• Strong research fundamentals, machine learning principles, and development methodologies around LLMs, foundation models, and diffusion models

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• Strong human-centered research and design fundamentals in Human-Centered AI, Responsible AI, Human-Computer Interaction, and related fields
• Excellent organizational and operational skills, with experience working with large, cross-functional, and diverse teams

Education & Experience

A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Human-Computer Interaction is required.
