Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager to oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, systems analysis, and computer programming, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and budget management.
• System Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of information systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Systems Analysis: Conduct systems analysis to evaluate IT system efficiency and effectiveness, recommending improvements and innovations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, systems analysis, and computer programming.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network management, database management, and software development, with familiarity in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise-level applications and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL (preferred).

Clearance Requirement:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have an active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
