Responsibilities:

• Utilize a consultative approach to assist financial services clients in developing and strengthening their compliance management systems.
• Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identify regulatory gaps and associated risks.
• Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing to ensure clients' adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in compliance or a related field.
• Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.
• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business partners, as well as executive management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge and experience in lending are preferred.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $54,000 to $90,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
