• Pet Parent Engagement: Set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
• Associate Leadership: Lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
• Overall Retail Initiatives: Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions and building connections with pet parents.
