Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and experienced coach to teach children's fitness classes, help drive monthly team goals in promotions and sales, and provide exceptional customer service. If you're a team player with a background in fitness, athletics, or a related field, and a passion for working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach children's fitness classes and activities, promoting fun, safety, and skill development
• Help meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales, contributing to the growth and success of our center
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for families and children
• Collaborate with our team to create a supportive, engaging, and motivating environment for kids and staff alike

Requirements:

• Ability to work 25-40 hours per week, including weekends
• Highly energetic and motivated, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or athletic setting
• Background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or a related field
• Effective leadership, motivational, and time management skills
• Adept sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Clean background check
