Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Dean of General Education, the General Education Adjunct Faculty will provide a learning experience in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods. The ideal candidate will create a positive educational climate, establish clear objectives, and evaluate student achievements. Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching PSY 230 Statistics & Quantitative Analysis in a classroom environment
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and curriculum
• Evaluating student progress and providing feedback
• Managing student behavior and referrals
• Participating in academic committees and professional development activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree or higher in a related program of study from an accredited program
• A minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent in the assigned subject area
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
• Preferred: 3+ years of work experience as an educator
