As a Nursing Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing active and effective learning experiences for our students, acting as a professional and academic role model, and contributing to student satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $88,974-$110,000 per year, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct classes in a variety of settings, including classrooms, labs, clinical, and online environments
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments to ensure student success
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Participate in faculty and professional development activities to stay current with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive campus culture

Requirements:

• Current and active RN or LVN license in the state of California
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, valid teaching credentials, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years clinical experience as an RN or LVN in the last 5 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and community partners
