As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by accurately inputting and updating data into our databases and systems, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and quality.

About the Role

In this 90-180 day job training program, you will learn and perform the full life-cycle project management process, adopting and incorporating the official 5 stages of best-in-class project management: Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, and Closure. As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
• Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
• Updating and maintaining data records as needed
• Performing regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Maintaining documentation of data entry processes and procedures
• Assisting with data-related tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
