Role Description
The MI & Data Insights Lead is responsible for understanding and maintaining a reporting solution to meet the needs of the Assessment as a service Capability, which will serve multiple clients.
- Build, maintain and publish appropriate and to-the-point dashboards
- Ensure that reporting processes are documented
- Collation of Inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business
- Review processes for obtaining data and ensure robustness and efficiency
- Manage both internal and external resources, timelines, and milestones across a vertical set of industries
- Advanced SQL skills to write and amend SQL scripts with stored procedures
- Advise on and implement advanced and predictive analytics to enhance service provision
- SSRS and SSIS knowledge to understand and support the solution
Qualifications
- Expert understanding of SQL, Power Query, Power BI & Power Automate
- Ability to reverse engineer reports and solutions
- Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its data structure
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting suite and experience building and utilizing Salesforce reports
