Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You’ll report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with content, design, and analytics partners to create full-funnel marketing strategies that support Edovate’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI and meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop data-driven strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effective
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners (e.g., design, content, contractors) to support campaign execution
Requirements

Education and Experience

QualificationsRequired:
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2C or education-related environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with performance reporting and marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in the K–12 education space
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO and organic marketing best practices
