DevOps Automation Engineer - Telco - Remote

inventYOU is looking for a passionate Automation Engineer to join our consulting team in a key role for a telecom customer in Sweden.

You can work remotely or in a hybrid model. Open to EU citizens or residence permit holders in Europe or Sweden.

What you’ll do:

• Develop robust automation solutions using Python, Robot Framework, and Ansible
• Integrate third-party APIs and build scalable automation frameworks
• Work with tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and manage environments in Kubernetes and Docker
• Support testing, CI/CD, and collaboration using Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in automation/DevOps
• Strong proficiency – Python, Robot ( MUST)
• Strong hands on Ansible and its playbook creation
• Working experience on API automation and integration of third party API
• Good understanding on Flask, Django and SQL /No SQL db
• Working experience on DevOps tools- GITHUB, GITLAB, Jenkin, GITLAB runner
• Test Management- JIRA & Confluence
• Good expertise on Docker-container, K8s environment
• Exposure to Linux & its commands
• Knowledge on tools like wireshark / netscout
• Experience of developing automation framework in from user stories with full stack
• Creating scalable and reusable architecture
• Telco automation / domain knowledge - good to have but no necessary
