Training and Certificate Administrator EMPLOYEMENT TYPE: Contract- 6 months JOB SITE: Remote PAY RATE RANGE: $30-$31/HR BENEFITS: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, and EAP. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Training and Certificate Administrator to join our fast-paced technology client’s Partner Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing training and certification content to drive measurable improvements in partner capabilities and overall revenue growth. Your efforts will directly impact how partners build, position, and deliver unique solutions on the platform. This role requires a proactive individual with deep experience in certification program management, LMS operations (preferably Skilljar), and content administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, procure, and curate new enablement content from internal departments (Sales, Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success).
  • Build and maintain up-to-date course inventory and asset inventory spreadsheets.
  • Manage training content lifecycle (add, update, archive) for core and premium product training in Skilljar, ensuring all material reflects current product changes.
  • Locate, modify, and publish Capabilities and Feature Guides to make them "partner ready," linking them to relevant courses and learning paths in Skilljar.
  • Ensure easy discoverability of training materials by organizing assets within the Asset Library and linking all guides appropriately.
  • Maintain and update certification learning path content for ten (10) certifications in Skilljar, including maintenance content.
  • Administer quarterly content reviews and updates for all product and premium app training and certification materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure training content meets evolving partner and product needs.
  • Bring a proactive approach to content governance, partner readiness, and certification program consistency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in partner training, certification administration, channel enablement, or channel sales support.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining certification programs within SaaS or cloud-based technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success in both established technology brands and emerging tech companies.
  • Hands-on experience with Skilljar or a similar LMS platform (Skilljar strongly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs), Google Sheets, and other operational tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to develop and optimize training content.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail, a “can-do” attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven track record of career progression and leadership in training and enablement functions.
