Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls, resolving issues, and answering questions
• Building meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized solutions
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a GED or higher preferred
