About the team

Hi, I'm Luca, I lead the Dealer Experience team here at Motorway. We're a dynamic team focused on building strong relationships with our dealer partners and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. We're passionate about the automotive industry and play a crucial role in Motorway's success by connecting dealers with high-quality vehicle stock and streamlining their buying process. About the role

This is an inside sales role (not cold calling), predominantly focusing on driving adoption of Motorway products across dealerships. You will explain the benefits of our platform and upsell opportunities to our partners. You'll be joining a new team in the business, so this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects and build relationships with people at all levels of businesses (including c-suite).  In this role, you will:

  • Drive adoption and engage dealerships with the Motorway product.

  • Sell Motorway's product stack.

  • Quickly build rapport and relationships with dealerships.

  • Manage an ever-changing portfolio of accounts.

  • Build a strong pipeline of dealers to engage.

  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure we deal with buyers and sellers promptly.

  • Support multiple business projects.

About you
  • Sales experience in an outbound role.

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A great telephone manner and the ability to talk engagingly to many different types of buyers, from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.

  • A proactive, self-motivating team player.

  • A can-do attitude.

Our interview process

Our interview process contains the following stages:

  • Qualifying Screen - 30 minutes

  • Hiring Manager Interview - 60 minutes

  • Final Interview (onsite depending on team) - 60 minutes
