Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Analyze product business requirements and produce a functional design;
• Ongoing validation and review of product backlog value (prioritization/correct elements);

• Review and refine the product#39;s business requirements for MMD Smart PaaS Solutions;

• Own the product backlog - Deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product;

• Be the central focal point for all parties outside of Ramp;D department;
• Raise the connection with Ramp;D groups and with other departments (by sessions, demos, etc.);

• Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that sprints remain on track, enabling timely and consistent deliveries;

• Collaborate on the technical roadmap to ensure it aligns with and supports MMD Smart’s broader business objectives and priorities;
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the PaaS service to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

You are a perfect match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / System Analyst;
• Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed design documents;

• Experience delivering features and API for external integrations;
• Experience in agile methodology from software companies;
• Previous B2B customer-facing experience;
• Experience in Data driven decision making - advance;
• Excellent English (Russian is advanced);
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of Seniority. What you need to succeed:
