High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. ? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems and applications. ? Passion for Disney and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests. Skills: ?
