Employer Industry: Defense Intelligence Why consider this job opportunity... - Compensation commensurate with experience - Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits - Opportunity to work on critical national security issues - Supportive environment for veterans and active military transitioning to civilian roles - Chance to produce impactful intelligence products and support government missions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Produce all-source intelligence analytic products on non-state actors such as terrorist and insurgency groups - Provide analytic support to counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, including 24/7 warning activities - Support tracking, identifying, and managing identity information on known or suspected terrorists - Produce timely and concise analytic reports and assessments using Microsoft Office tools - Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members to drive information sharing and address analytic disputes What is Required (Qualifications): - Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph - Minimum of 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with at least some experience within the last 2 years - Bachelor's degree preferred - Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures - Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches to enhance analytic arguments - Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations - Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching complex issues - Experience in developing concise and comprehensive products for defense intelligence - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve contradictions in information #DefenseIntelligence #Counterterrorism #VeteranFriendly #AnalyticSkills #NationalSecurity At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
