This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company in New York City... The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic personality and be eager to grow. Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and with a strong team spirit. POSITION DUTIES  Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports  Assist Back office and Sales team on any inventory/production related inquiries  Assist CFO with reporting requests  Assist Controller with month end closures  Various Data review and consolidation activities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  Educational background in accounting is a plus  1 year of related experience  Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)  Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written  Ability to quickly adapt to change  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy  Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts.  Strong time management abilities  Effective problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits:  401(k)  401(k) matching  Dental insurance  Health insurance  Paid time off  Parental leave  Retirement plan  Vision insurance Schedule:  Monday to Friday ?Allied Global Marketing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
