Joining the FAE team means playing an important part in providing technical expertise and aiding in pre-sales efforts for IoT and Cloud solutions. Primary Responsibilities • Offer advanced software development, technical assistance, and consultation to support sales by providing technologies that demonstrate current trends • Execute high-quality technical product demonstrations for current and potential customers, providing detailed information and answering questions to help with decision-making • Help the internal sales team by providing technical expertise and support to improve the sales process • Troubleshooting • To support marketing efforts and virtual events, it is crucial to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations Requirements • A wealth of knowledge in software development built upon years of experience using C/C++ as a primary programming language • Embedded development on Unix and Linux requires knowledge of C/C++ programming, as these languages are used primarily for developing embedded applications • Familiarity with protocols used in the Internet of Things, including Bacnet, LWM2M, modbus, OPC-UA, and others, is essential for anyone working with connected devices and systems • A thorough knowledge of the intricacies of both ARM and x86 architecture can be a great advantage to those involved in computer forensics, as it can help with the identification of potential causes of system failures or cyberattacks • As a technical sales support representative, I provided valuable expertise in Real-Time/Embedded Systems to clients seeking solutions for their business needs • Excellent problem-solving skills • Mastering the Art of Reading Someone Else's Code • Multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through are all essential skills for effective time management, problem-solving, and project management • Taking initiative and working autonomously with minimal supervision • Travel Preferred Experience • ERTOS such as ThreadX, QNX, INTEGRITY, VxWorks, have been technical marvels in providing high-performance and reliability, driving the implementation of real-time data processing in today's embedded systems • Working with tools that are used in the development process of embedded systems has been integral to my career.
