Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing Representative to join our remote team. In this essential role, you will facilitate the resolution of medical billing inquiries for our patients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner... Key Responsibilities  Manage inbound and outbound calls related to medical billing inquiries.  Address general questions concerning medical bills received by patients.  Process payments and conduct research on billing statuses.  Assist patients in resolving account issues and discuss outstanding funds owed.  Employ various systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, for efficient call management and information retrieval. Required Skills  Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients.  Strong technological aptitude and proficiency in utilizing computer systems.  Effective problem-solving capabilities and patience in handling inquiries. Qualifications  At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in retail, restaurant, or call center settings.  A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
