Job Description: As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate input, processing, and management of healthcare data. This includes patient records, insurance details, treatment data, and other important healthcare information. Your contributions will directly impact the smooth functioning of healthcare operations and the delivery of services. Responsibilities: Input patient data, medical histories, insurance details, and other essential healthcare records into the system. Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date, adhering to privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA). Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist with data management tasks, including importing and exporting information across various systems. Respond to queries from healthcare professionals regarding data discrepancies or clarifications. Support the team in organizing and storing healthcare records as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). Experience in data entry, particularly in a healthcare setting, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data. Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and insurance processes (preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
