For additional information on remote work at Penn State, see .JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSThe Libraries Strategic Technologies Department is seeking several part-time openings for students to assist us with End-User Information Technology support. Successful applicants require no experience as training for all duties will be provided. Students in all majors are welcome and encouraged to apply.Starting pay begins at $12.50 per hour, the hours of duty vary, and applicants must be willing to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. • Troubleshooting Windows, Mac and printer issues.
• Assigning tickets in our helpdesk.
• Preparing and updating devices for deployment.
• Assisting patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
