Job description: Job Title:- Senior HubSpot Solutions Engineer (Remote)Length: 6 months+Location : RemoteContractWhat You'll Do
- Architect and execute sophisticated HubSpot integrations and custom solutions
- Write scripts to automate migrations and system interactions (C#, Python, TypeScript, Java)
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales and implementation
- Own the technical direction for high-complexity client projects - from blueprint to build
- Serve as the final technical escalation point (yes, people will come to you when they're stuck)
- Collaborate with sales, strategy, and RevOps to translate business goals into scalable systems
- Champion data quality, integration integrity, and performance optimization
- Guide and mentor team members (but also enjoy owning your zone)
- Have 5+ years of professional software engineeringexperience, ideally in CRM/RevOps, SaaS, or agency environments
- Possess deep, practical HubSpot expertise- from API integrations to data architecture to workflow automation
- Can confidently run a technical scoping call androll up your sleeves to build what you scoped
- Are comfortable being the senior-most technical voiceon the team - others will rely on your expertise
- Are fluent in Javascript, React, Typescript, Python, Hubl
- Have experience with event-driven systems, and batch jobs
- Enjoy cross-functional collaboration with non-engineers and know how to speak their language
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy, high-ownership environment
- Experience with AI, automation, or data pipeline optimization
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho, or other major CRM systems
- Proficient in 1 or more of the major clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure), with a strong competence in Data Warehousing, Serverless Functions, Object Storage, and Orchestrating ETL Jobs
- Competency in Oauth, and token based authentication methods, as well as
- Competency in migrating data via csv from SFTP servers
- Competency in bulk migrating files such as .pdf, .png
- Competency building integration monitoring, and error handling
- Prior work in startup or agency environments juggling multiple clients
