We’re expanding our team and looking for a high-performing Account Manager with experience in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, driving performance, and delivering results across listing optimization, advertising, and marketplace strategy. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.We're Looking for You If...You have 3+ years of experience managing accounts on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms)You have hands-on experience with seller tools, listing optimization, and advertising strategyYou're confident analyzing data and translating it into clear, actionable next stepsYou’ve worked with digital advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, DSP, or other retail media)You’re based in Eastern Europe or LATAM, with strong English communication skillsYou’re highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working remotely with global teamsRoles and Responsibilities:Account Management:Manage day-to-day operations for assigned marketplace accountsOptimize listings, content, and strategy to drive visibility and conversionsMonitor sales performance, account health, and growth metricsAdvertising Strategy:Collaborate with our advertising team to launch and manage campaignsReview performance data and contribute to budget allocation and bidding strategiesHelp clients understand how paid media supports their overall marketplace growthClient Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for your accountsDeliver regular performance updates and strategic insightsMaintain strong, professional relationships that build client trustCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, content, and operations teams to execute strategic plansStay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and platform updatesSkills That Will Enable You to Thrive:3+ years of e-commerce account management experience (Amazon, Walmart, or equivalent)Familiarity with seller platforms, listing optimization, and retail media toolsStrong Excel or Google Sheets skillsClear, confident communication — both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize in a remote environment
