Responsibilities:How will you make an impact?Responsibilities

• This position plays a key role keeping managers and employees informed and aware of issues, events and changes – at home and on the job.
• This position works proactively with colleagues across all levels of the company to develop and publish content for a variety of channels, including a daily newsletter; internal and external websites; manager and targeted email communications; social media; video production (storyboard, scripts etc.); presentations; flyers, banners and other branded/print materials; and more.
• This position covers events, photographs and interviews employees, and generates feature articles to highlight programs, events and individuals.
• This position creates communications plans and supports the business with change management.
• This position may create official Company graphic materials.
• This position works alongside a team of creative professionals who support each other outside of their immediate specialties.

Qualifications:Who are we looking for?Requirements

• Strong command of writing U.S. English in AP or Chicago Style.
• Experience translating complex or difficult issues into meaningful messaging, using a variety of communication channels.
• Superior organizational and planning skills, with an awareness of editorial content pipeline from ideation to publication.
• Experience with Nikon, Canon, Sony or equivalent DSLR/mirrorless professional camera systems.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products, with a focus on Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365, skills, with a focus on Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
• Minimum Age 18
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
• Two to five years of experience with internal communications or content development
• Two to five years of professional experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Experience with graphic or web design preferred
• Experience with online publishing, social media and website content management preferred
