Job title: Remote Monitoring Aide (PartTime, Night) in Somerville, NJ at RWJBarnabas Health Company: RWJBarnabas Health Job description: Job Overview:This Position is NOT a Remote PositionThe Monitor Aide monitors patients remotely from within the hospital itself. Applicants must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the facility. Previous patient monitor experience required; successful completion of video monitor training. Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively, must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations, and must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision.Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS required through American Heart Association

Preferred:

• prior experience in patient care preferred
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• AHA BLS
