Front-End Typescript Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)

Salary: $2750 - $3750 USD/month

The company focuses on providing robust, scalable software that helps organizations streamline their workforce development. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer passionate about building innovative web applications from the ground up.

As a Front-End Typescript Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building dynamic, user-focused interfaces using TypeScript and Vue.js. Your work will focus on new product development, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and thorough test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end components for web applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces using Typescript and Vue.js, focusing on user-friendly, high-performing designs.
• Contribute to the development of new products, following an efficient output model with a longer ship cycle.
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and establish timelines.
• Implement robust test coverage using tools like Jest and Playwright to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Use OpenAPIs secured with OAuth2 for all web app functionality.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices to support development workflows and future scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex front-end components for web applications (not just websites)
• Strong proficiency in Typescript and Vue.js for front-end development.
• Ability to build new products from the ground up.
• High attention to detail, with a strong mentality toward test coverage using tools like Jest and Playwright.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI and related tools for designing and developing robust interfaces.
• Experience with a "building from scratch" approach to product development.
• Previous experience with slower ship cycles and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
