Responsibilities

Include:

• Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with broker accounts.
• Imparting knowledge about UWM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE) and our array of products.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and solutions.
• Keeping updated and disseminating information on the latest industry products and updates.
• Ensuring every loan deal succeeds.
• Overseeing account performance.
• Constructing and overseeing a robust loan pipeline to surpass sales targets.
• Driving sales at one of Michigan’s largest companies

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least a year's experience in mortgage sales or relationship-based sales.
• Comprehension of the distinction between retail and wholesale lending.
• Demonstrable aptitude in building business rapport.
• Competence in using tech tools like Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking.
• Strong communication skills, both telephonically and in-person.
• A go-getter attitude, accountable, and eager to learn and improve.
• Full-time onsite availability.
• Already living in Michigan, or willing to relocate

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry.
• Inside sales or phone sales experience.
• A zest for the mortgage domain.
• Previous role in a B2B sales environment.
• Aspiration for a six-figure income in a competitive sales setting.
