Responsibilities
- Handle general questions about Medication Therapy Management services.

- Support all phases of the care process including enrollment and maintenance of electronic medical/pharmacy records.

- Schedule appointments and process care plans for members.

- Assist with inbound and outbound calls from plan members.

- Document activity and maintain electronic medical records.

- Provide high-quality healthcare and service to plan members and partners.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee.

- At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting.

- Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification.

- Previous experience with CVS Health.
