Job Description

Are you studying technical, IT or computer science and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2025? Do you want to gain valuable experience from service operational excellence development tasks in an international work environment? We might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Summer Trainee for IT Internal Services and Collaboration to join our team. As our summer trainee, your daily responsibilities includes:

• Helping in developing tools
• Review/Update existing IT-relevant documentations, HowTo's, learn video
• Creation of new documentations for e.g. Copilot
• Maintenance work in a SharePoint-based intranet
• Power BI report creation

You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. This summer traineeship entails 3-4 months of full-time work with a preferred starting date in June. The job is located in Hyvinkää or with the possibility to work partly remotely. Qualifications

What kind of talent are we looking for? This role is ideal for a technical or computer science student who is eager to learn more about IT Internal Services area tools and Microsoft Office M365 environment and AI. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important. What should you bring?

• Suitable technical or computer science studies in university or Applies Sciences (preferably 1st-2nd year studies)
• Fluent use of Microsoft M365 tools and willing to learn.
• Good knowledge in Office365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerBI
• Would be good: Experience in Microsoft Copilot / AI
• Good eye for details, ability to absorb a lot of information, also good collaboration, presentation and communication skills are recommended.
