As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and understanding. Our company believes in the importance of human connection and collaboration, which is why we require an initial 10-week onsite orientation at our Atlanta office. This comprehensive training period will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet customer needs effectively and set you up for success in your role. After the training period, you will have the flexibility to work 100% remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The Role: A Perfect Blend of Customer Service and Problem-Solving As a Customer Care Specialist at Jobmatrixo, you will handle inbound calls from customers, addressing loan-level inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. Your exceptional listening skills, ability to empathize, and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial in resolving customer issues and providing personalized support. You will take the initiative to proactively assist customers in avoiding future challenges, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed, showcasing your adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss, providing timely and effective solutions. Research and resolve customer issues while demonstrating empathy and understanding, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. Proactively assist customers in avoiding future challenges by understanding their current issues and providing personalized guidance and support. Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as requested, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Engage in a comprehensive paid training program to learn about the business, systems, and policies, ensuring that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills, ensuring that you can resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Ability to own the customer's problem and think outside the box to resolve issues, demonstrating your creativity and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting. Ability to multi-task using technology, ensuring that you can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A college degree and 0-1 years of work experience in an office, call center, or customer contact center environment, demonstrating your potential for growth and development. Prior experience in a work from home position, showcasing your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Bilingual in English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently, enabling you to support a diverse range of customers. Relevant licenses and certifications, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
