- Utilize UPS technology for processing packages and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.
- Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
- Deliver polished and courteous customer service in a dynamic and fast-moving atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Account Agent:
- Training will be provided, so prior experience is not a requirement.
- Proficiency in both communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
- Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
- Individuals must be legally cleared to work in the United States.
