IT Recruiter (Part Time, Remote, Experienced only)

North Ridge Consulting (NRC) is an Executive Management Consulting firm based out of California. Join our team of experts in providing Expert Consulting Services to our State & Local Government Clients Location: Remote Type: Part-Time What You'll Do:

• Support the creation and implementation of full-cycle recruiting for NRC roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting.
• Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
• Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Business to business sales-client contacts are provided
• Source and recruit top talent for technical positions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ Years Corp to Corp sales
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
