Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments and senior management to drive overall business objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked accurately.
