Lead and train the sales support team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets through positive reinforcement and recognition. Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
